Boutique Training

Boutique training is a 90 minute small group session - no more than 4. Grab a friend or two and set up your own class for 90 minutes of fitness, flexibility, tone, shape, endurance and stretch.
Cost is for a 90 min session per group. That’s only 12.50 an hour for 4. Available on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Get in touch to set your preferred time and venue.
