55 mins. Perfect for active older adults, those new to or returning to exercise. An easy-to-follow class with the moves & grooves you love at a lower-intensity. Focusing on balance, range of motion, coordination & all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, mobility, flexibility and a whole lot of smiles.

Barre Fitness

45 mins. A powerful no impact fitness class set to an uplifting soundtrack using barre principles as a basis for a full body workout. No experience required. Class teaches core & posture adding tone, flexibility and stretch to lengthen muscles.

Zumba Classes

45 mins. Fabulous & traditional classes with all the toons & moves we love using a variety of world rhythms to lift your mood & enhance your physical & mental workout. The original fitness party: cardio, tone, shimmy & shake

Body Tone Classes

30 mins. A concentrated toning session. No equipment required.

Strength & Stability

45 mins. Toons & moves with emphasis on muscular strength & endurance, shape & tone encouraging overall health, functional mobility & flexibility. A no impact class suitable for all.

Circl Mobility

45 mins. Move better for longer. Breathwork & movement, stretch & strength, flow & flexibility. Designed to help keep you mobile.

Zumba Toning

60 mins including 10 mins Abs and Core. All the toons and moves we love with extra shake. This Zumba class adds light toning sticks to the workout giving extra tone and shape to our muscles and weight to support bone and joint health

Total Body Conditioning

55 mins. A little bit of everything to give an all round workout.

Abs of Steele

A 30 Minute concentrated session focused entirely on the abs in a variety of formats.
