Wow. This life just gets better. So grateful to be able to chase a dream and build it. I have met so many wonderful people and our class membership is absolute family. Such a joy to see everyone at classes through the week.
In 2026 we have a new permanent evening venue with lots of opportunity to build class formats and timetables you want.
Our day classes come to your community - this part of our fitness family is very special to us; we love to see the smiles in every class and enjoy the occasional coffee chatter.
New events for this summer have been teaching at Guilfest - such a treat. And creating a flash mob in the local conmmunity. Alongside hosting workshops, retreats, social activities, holidays and global teaching vacations, we have a very busy and very fun schedule. We also have a brand new instructor and cannot wait to see where her teaching journey will go.
